LoRa board

to Pi or not to Pi: Seen builds that include a Raspberry Pi to manage but to also gather data from the LoRa board.

Also seen a hat for the R-Pi, so tempted to investigate that to reduce footprint if wanting to include the R-Pi

This would primarily be for "local", like a "roof" mount build.  However, have seen some use it for remote builds so that they can connect to them WiFi when close enough to manage the LoRa board such as firmware updates, etc.  Somewhat pricey for management but if the "box" is in a hard to get location might be worth the headache.
